Choosing the right educational environment is one of the most important decisions a family can make. At Prolific Learning Academy, we intentionally keep our learning community small so every student receives the individualized attention, meaningful relationships, and personalized support they deserve.
Enrollment is designed to ensure that Prolific Learning Academy is the right fit for both the student and the family. We believe that a strong partnership between home and school is essential to every child's success.
The Admissions Process
Step 2 | Family Connection
After reviewing your submission, we'll contact you to answer questions, discuss your child's needs, and determine whether Prolific Learning Academy is the right fit for your family.
Step 3 | School Tour & Student Visit
Families will be invited to visit our learning environment, meet our team, and experience the Prolific Learning Academy difference firsthand.
Step 4 | Enrollment
Families accepted into our learning community will receive enrollment documents, the Parent & Student Handbook, tuition information, and instructions for completing the enrollment process.
Tuition & Fees
We believe families deserve clear, transparent pricing with no hidden costs. Tuition reflects our commitment to providing a personalized educational experience through small class sizes, individualized instruction, hands-on learning, and meaningful relationships.
Florida Scholarships
Prolific Learning Academy proudly accepts eligible students participating in approved Florida scholarship programs, including:

Family Empowerment Scholarship for Educational Options (FES-EO)

Family Empowerment Scholarship for Unique Abilities (FES-UA)

Personalized Education Program (PEP), when applicable
Families who are not utilizing a scholarship are welcome to enroll through our self-pay tuition option.
Payment Information

Tuition may be paid annually or through a convenient 10-month payment plan.

Monthly tuition payments are due on the 1st of each month.

Registration and curriculum fees are due at the time of enrollment unless otherwise specified.

A $25 late fee will be applied to payments received after the due date.

A $35 fee will be assessed for returned payments.
